Causeway Data Communications Ltd, ("CDC") is an enterprise software company based in Northern Ireland.  The company develops, markets and distributes spatial technology for the valuation and risk management of property portfolios that helps governments and banks manage revenue and exposure.  CDC is organized into two businesses:  software and services.  Its software business has two lines, new software licenses, and software license updates and product support.  Its service business focuses on supporting customers in building regional valuation models, integration with core IT platforms and property valuation and risk management services.

In 2009 CDC Ltd completed an exclusive North American and Caribbean license agreement with Dallas based,  Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) for its property valuation product spatialest®, the only fully integrated Geographic Information Systems (GIS) computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) solution available in the market place today.  The agreement augments Tyler's current market and data analysis offerings and strengthens its clear position as the leader in property valuation software.
