Appeals is an ‘end to end’ management tool based on an intelligent workflow so no task will ever be forgotten or dropped accidentally. Appeals is presented via a tiered dashboard that offers real-time summary information on every aspect of the appeal or protest process, including diary management, scheduling, workload, status, statistics, notes and documents, communications, value changes, reports and more. Reports can easily be created and can include maps or charts. Assignments can be automated based on various criteria and the resultant workflow managed.
