We are delighted to be helping the Tax Administration at Pitt County, NC, in preparation for their forthcoming Re-Appraisal. The Professional Services Team, led by Helen McNulty, will assist the county with Data Cleansing, Data Analysis, Predictive Modelling, Ratio Studies and more all using the AppraisalEst Toolset. This project is one of a series of similar efforts we’ve performed in NC recently and is due for completion in Q4 2019.
